It is all a bit fiddling around as some things not work properly but I managed to do the report. Then I did check the status and downloaded the application. From that I made a screen-shot. This morning I did receive an email that my 90 day report was approved. So I did use the app again to check status, download the report. Again from that I made a screen shot and did print that out. All worked fine for me.
