How do I pay an overstay fine in Thailand and what documentation do I receive?

Just a follow-up on my overstayed. I was able to pay my fine just inside of the security check in. Immigration officer was very friendly and helpful. Paperwork took about 20 minutes, but there was no line in front of or behind me.

Sorry for the delay...I had no FB access for the duration of my trip.

no issue with future visits that I know of I have had a few overstay kids overstayed two years.
