How do I declare my nephew's stay in Thailand and extend his visa exemption?

Hi.

Nephew arrived visa exempt for 29 days on Swedish passport.

Q1. Where do I declare he's staying in my condo with me?

Q2. In case he wants to extend, when is last day to apply and where?

Respectfully with thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is asking how to declare their nephew's stay in their condo while in Thailand on a visa-exempt basis for 29 days and inquiring about the process to extend his stay. It was suggested that if the user is the condo owner, they need to submit a TM30 form at the local immigration office detailing the nephew's stay. Furthermore, it's mentioned that the last day to apply for an extension would be the 29th day at the local immigration office.

If you are condo owner you need to submit a tm30 form at immigration office detailing that he is staying at your address.

He *COULD* try, I would expect it to be declined, but that is an option. The worse they would do is a verbal rejection
