How do I complete the online visa application for a Thai Non-O visa from the UK, and can I apply by post?

Hi guys.

I'm in the UK trying to figure out the online visa application for the Thai embassy in London.

Steps 1 and 2 done.

Step 3 how to upload your passport page and passport photo. Can't see how to do it. 

Next part personal information won't let me do it. 

Also, I will be applying for a non o based on marriage. 

Do I have to upload all my paperwork. 

Last thing, Can yoy still apply by post with paper application from old style at Liverpool or hull.

If you're having difficulty with a web page you might need to use a different browser. The Thai Immigration web page for registering to do TM30 reporting online won't work using the Safari browser on a Mac. You have to use Chrome instead.
