ORIGINAL POSTERHello, I would like to ask for some advice. My husband is Dutch, and we have a marriage certificate as well as our child’s birth certificate. We are planning to live permanently in Thailand, and he will need a Non-O visa. However, I don’t have any knowledge about the process. Some people told me he should apply it himself , while others said better buy service from an agency. I’m still unsure and don’t have enough information. If anyone could help, I would be very grateful. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

yes of course now with tourist visa can't open bank account!he has to apply for e visa non-o immigranti (marriage) in Netherlands!listen to me!your husband has to open a bank account as soon as possible he arrives in Thailand because for getting extension visa he has to have *****

you are welcome and remember...as soon as you arrive in Thailand, your husband has to open the bank account! I know that as soon as you Thai women return from abroad, you have to go visit all your relatives and friends, you have to introduce your husband to everyone 🤣😂 but think about opening the bank account first, it's important! The Non-O based on retirement is the simplest visa to get in terms of requirements. Check out what you need to apply on the e-visa website.

You will need to get your Non-O visas from outside of Thailand if you do not already have a Thai bank account that can be funded to meet the financial requirements (unless your Embassy still does the income affidavit)Chrysanthemum *****
