Hi Tod Daniels, I need to go and cancel my non-b visa extension and I was hoping you’d know where I need to go for that? Can I still go to Chaengwattana or is it now at Muang Thong Thani?

Also, I’m wanting to go and apply for that emergency extension visa and want to know how far in advance I can go to apply for it? My visa will expire April 30th.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Answer summary

The user is inquiring about the process to cancel a Non-B visa extension, specifically whether to go to Chaengwattana or Muang Thong Thani. They also seek information on how far in advance they can apply for an emergency extension visa, with their current visa expiring on April 30th. Comments indicate that they should go to Chaengwattana for cancellation and clarify that emergency extensions are no longer available, as extensions are now auto-extended until April 30th.

There are no more emergency extensions.

Those eligible are now automatically extended to April 30th. Subject to review by government for possible added month at that time.

You still visit Cheang Wattana Immigration complex, your Extension of Stay must be cancelled on the last day of working

The letter I have from my place of work states that I have to go to immigration on 20th April. Not 30th April which will be my last working day of my current visa extension.
