How can single-member LLC owners prove they can work remotely from Thailand?
Last question I have before I apply is for single-member LLC owners. How did you guys go about proving you can work remotely? I started my own LLC in April. I have a couple of contracts with clients but they don’t explicitly say the work is done remotely even though they’re based in different states than myself.

As silly as it sounds.. If you are the president/CEO of your LLC, you may be able to write a policy letter, ALL EMPLOYEES ARE REMOTE, then throw in some details for good measure. Work should be completed between the hours of.... We do not supply... Its the employee's responsibility to..

Trickier part may be proving income, right? You have clients but you don't have a tax return if you just started in April.

If you have your own company, you might be able to just issue a letter or write yourself an employment contract for your company that states you can work remotely from Thailand.
