I have a question I hope all you wise people maybe can answer.
I am Danish and have half a company in Denmark, I also have half company in Hong Kong, and right now living in Hong Kong. Is it possible for me to long stay in Thailand and work from a home office there? if yes, what visa will that require?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Danish national with companies in Denmark and Hong Kong inquires about the possibility of long-term residence in Thailand while working remotely. Responses suggest that individuals over 50 may apply for a retirement visa, which doesn't permit work, while younger applicants might consider the Thai Elite Visa or a NON-O visa with a subsequent extension. It is noted that legally working in Thailand typically requires a work permit, but there are informal recommendations for remote work without official approval.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.

Okay the way it works for "working remotely in thailand" is you keep your head down, your mouth shut and just do it. The labor laws were written long before there was an inter-web.
If you're over 50 as James says get a 90 day non-O visa and then a year extension inside the country if you're under it get the elite. Either way you'll be able to stay.
And as far as your working remotely, remember loose lips sink ships. I'd keep those cards close to your vest.
