TM30 once I leave quarentine I'll be staying with my fiancé. Previously always had a long term condo and they filed for me.

To self file I presume we will need my entry and passport details + the house book and her Thai ID.

Any other documents we are likely to need.

As the village is more than an hour from Mae Sot Just trying to avoid multiple trips if possible. Many thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
After leaving quarantine, if you plan to self-file a TM30 while staying with your fiancé, you will need your entry details, passport information, the house book, and her Thai ID. It is advisable to confirm the specific requirements with the local immigration office in Tak, especially as regulations can vary by province. Additionally, it might be possible to report the TM30 at a police station in some areas. If her residence is not owned by her, having a lease in her name can also be necessary.

Call immigration to check. In some provinces, you can report TM30 at the police station.

If the place is not her own, usually you need a lease on her name. But this would also to be checked with immigration offices.

Now that we know what province you’re using, we can answer the original question about what is required to self-file the TM30:

I don’t know what the requirements are or even if it is possible. The only office I know for sure is Bangkok. You or your girlfriend will have to go to Tak and ask them if it is possible or what their requirements are.

Presume that is the nearest to us, The village is other side of Phop Phra. We used to be based in ChiangMai so never had to go to immigration down there.

you can not use the nearest immigration office, but the immigration office in your province. What province are you located?

even though there's an immigration office in Mae Sot we'd have to go an hour further to Tak ?

I did a search, and Mae Sot is in Tak. If there is an immigration office in Mae Sot that you can use, then you can use it.
