How can I resolve issues with the 90-day online reporting and obtain a re-entry permit at Suvarnabhumi Airport?

Hello,

I have applied online for the 90 days. But it never seems to accept the application. Is it working? Or am I missing something.

Additionally, is it easy to get a re entry permit at suvanabumhi airport? What office hours do they keep? Or can you get the re entry at any time at the airport? What documents/fees do they require?

Thanks if you could advise?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Iola is facing issues with the online application for the 90-day reporting, as it seems not to be working. She is also inquiring about the process and availability of re-entry permits at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The community responded by clarifying the requirements for reporting based on her visa status and confirmed that re-entry permits can be obtained 24/7 at the airport.

This is a classic excellent example in how BAD terminology just muddies the water.

The O/P could have gotten their answer in a single response had they said they were here on a year extension based on employment and then asked about filing a 90 day REPORT online and getting a re-entry permit.

Alas it seems that Iola decided she didn't quite care for being grilled and has left the group already.

Thanks ALL for your good helpful advice for Iola Veal. We wish her success in filing her 90 days report by mail and obtaining her reentry permit before she flies at BKK. Have a good trip.

Okay, now that we actually know what is is you're here in thailand on (and one more time it's NOT a Non_B visa ;) ) Let's address the 90 day reporting

You can file a 90 day report online from 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE your actual due date

You need to have done at least one 90 day report in person to get into the data base and you need to have you pop up blocker turned off on your browser. ;)

If you get an error message right after you enter the CAPTCHA number on the first page it means you can't use the online system for some reason and will have to go file one..

Once you get your first extension from the immigration office they will put a paper in your passport that says WHEN your first 90 day report is due.

So let's try this one more time. Are you on a Non-B VISA or do you have an extension of stay stamp in your passport

Okay, listen up, IF you are on the original entry of a Non-B and haven't gotten an extension from the immigration office yet you DON'T DO 90 day reporting.

Are you on a entry from a Non-B VISA <- from a thai consulate

OR

The reentry permits office at BKK is open 24 hours. But you may have to ask immigration desk if there is no one at the office. They will get staff to open.

Here's a solution to your problems. Go too immigration and do your 90 day report. While your there, buy your reentry permit. Voiola! Just like magic and David Nixon pulling a rabbit out of a hat.
