I couldn't do 90-day reporting online today, and I've read that others also had problem. Has anyone had any luck? Also, I noticed the option to book a visa renewal appointment online is gone. Is that option no longer available? Thanks in advance.

There's no such thing as a "visa renewal". You look in the dropdown box for your visa category extension. All retirement visas are under the same heading

if you previous posts are to be believed and you're still on either an ED visa extension OR a 60 day covid extension from an ED visa you want counter N at Chaengwattana for any extension
