TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on how to perform their mandatory 90-day reporting for their 1-year visa in Thailand, particularly in light of possible issues accessing the online reporting site. Community responses suggest that the online site is operational and can be used for timely reporting.

IF you are on an extension where you do 90 day reporting just do it like normal

Who told you that the 90 day online site is NOT available? It's fine and most people who are doing 90 day reports on it get approved within an hour or two, or a day at the most
