I have a question about the reentry permit ? .  I am trying to schedule an appointment online and I can’t seem to find it did immigration stop it ?. I am in Bangkok I am American citizen . I was able to do it online last year and the being of this year in April

you used to be able to get to it from the bangkok immigration website

They have an online appointment system to get a reentry permit at Chaengwattana.

I believe you do not need an appointment to get an re-entry permit. You can go to immigration, OR the airport, and purchase one. I never heard of being able to get a reentry permit online though.

ok they have or had an online service where you scheduled an appointment. You did not have to wait in any queue. This is at Chaengwattana in Bangkok I did it 2 times but I can’t find it now .

my understanding is that you can apply for a re-entry permit at your immigration without the need of having to secure an online appointment date beforehand. You can walk in, pull your queue number and proceed. Also, there is a re-entry counter at both airports, on the way out of the country (suvarnabhumi Airport Section 2 before immigration booths, Don Muang just AFTER the immigration booths)

if you are leaving by Suvarnabhumi airport, just make sure you have 30 minutes extra time, 1200 Baht ready. Make sure you enter for screening at Section 2, when you come downstairs to approach the immigration booths, the re-entry counter is at the very left. It is open

yes you’re right but I was able to schedule an appointment and it made things lot faster no standing in a queue. I don’t trust doing my reentry at the airport
