Can I get a re-entry permit at Don Mueang Airport before a 7:00 AM flight, and what happens if my 90-day report is expired?

I want to do Reentry from Don mueng airport but I'm not sure if they open 24/7 because my flight is 7:00 am, do you recommend me to do it at the airport or go to immigration and do it there, if the 90 days report is expired any problem on my departure or when i come back

, they don't care about that at the desk that sells you a re-entry permit, BUT they will fine you for not doing it the next time you go to the immigration office for an extension or to do a 90 day report.
