Re: 90 DAY REPORTING

I live in down town Bangkok and need to do my 90 day reporting.

My next reporting date is in 13 days, on 8 Dec.

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF I MAY DO THE REPORTING ONLINE?

Last time I did the reporting I had to go all the way out to the

Thai Immigration (Temporary VISA Extension Center).

If possible I'd like to avoid the inconvenience of having to go there again and do the reporting online instead.

I tried the Immigration Bureau's online site.

It accepts all my data entries however after I click "accept" on the last page the page goes blank and I get no confirmation of my submitted report.

When I go to the "Check status of your application" box on the site's main menu I get the information "Data not found".

Such a headache....

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of completing the 90-day visa reporting online in Thailand, specifically due to difficulties encountered with the Immigration Bureau's online system that resulted in a blank page after submission. Community members suggest troubleshooting tips, such as disabling pop-up blockers, and recommend using the eServices mobile application for a smoother reporting experience.

IF when you enter the CAPTCHA number on the first page the screen goes blank it means you have a pop-up blocker installed

Find it and turn it off. That's why you can't get it to go to the second page OR get the error warning.

IF you can't get it to work you go to MTT and file again on your own.

Try the mobile application called eServices and see what you get using it

Are you using any type of automatic screen translation program?

No, I'm not using any translation program.

However, I just now suspected that the online reporting needs to be at least 15 days before the 90 day renewal date shown on the last report.

Is this correct?

Just an update that I succeeded to submit my 90 day reporting on-line today,

12 days before due date.

I finally managed to get it submitted on the government website with my mobile phone.

I was however unsuccessful to submit from my PC with Google Chrome and Firefox.

I was also unsuccessful in trying to submit on the government app that I downloaded on my mobile phone.

In conclusion government website using a mobile phone was the only option that worked for me.

Thanks for everyone's comments.

You have a time frame of 15 days before the due date to submit the report online. Is your 90 day report really due on December 8th?

How about the mail /postal version?

Even this is better than having to go all that way to the immigration office at Muang Thong Thani.

Do you know what the submission deadline is for the postal mail version?

@Thomas *******
, in Bangkok it's too late. You need 15days before your due date if you want to send it by EMS.

I'm curious, do you have pop-ups disabled? Or Javascript disabled?

Not really sure but I don't think so.

I bought a brand new laptop 3 weeks ago with original MS software. The laptop still has all the default settings. Have tried both Firefox and Google Chrome.

Will do a final attempt tomorrow using my mobile phone.

Thanks anyway for your suggestions.
