What are the requirements for uploading vaccination documents for a Certificate of Entry (COE) in Thailand, and what are the implications of being considered non-vaccinated?

Concern about COE and vaccinated documents.

Actually, we got the vaccinated card by our own language, not in English language.

If we are going to upload that document. (Whether we may need to do notary for that document) , it may be a little bit complicated though,

My real confusion is here

What if we are not upload for all vaccinated cards and apply for COE documents as non-vaccinated person ??

Is there any unexpected problems can happens ??

Because I really prefer to do as non-vaccinated since there is no differences between hotel quarantine for both vaccinated and non-vaccinated.

Please help to suggest, any suggestion will be helpful.

Thank you in advance and have a pleasant day !

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is inquiring about the necessity of uploading vaccination documents in their native language for a Certificate of Entry (COE) to Thailand, expressing a preference for the non-vaccinated category due to equivalent quarantine requirements. A response indicates that for COE applications, stating non-vaccination status is acceptable if hotel quarantine is accepted. However, to qualify for programs like the Phuket Sandbox, vaccination cards may need to be translated into English or Thai.

If you are OK with hotel quarantine (ASQ) then no need to enter anything about vaccinations on your application for CoE. You will be considered to be non-vaccinated and as you say right now there's no advantage to being vaccinated in the ASQ program (everyone does 14-day quarantine, even those who are vaccinated).

If you would like to qualify for the Phuket Sandbox (when that becomes possible to do in the next few weeks) then you would probably need to get your vaccination cards translated into English or Thai if you wanted them considered for qualifying for the Phuket Sandbox (14-day stay in SHA Plus hotel, but allowed to go out around Phuket). I say probably because no one knows for certain what the rules will be for the Phuket Sandbox and how vaccination will have to be proven.
