Hello all I am wondering if anyone can be of help printing a TM30 form as an apartment owner in Thailand. Recently I bought an apartment and will need to get a copy of my TM30 for my extension renewal. The site seems to only allow query searches for the approved stay up to 7 days before the query search yet I have been in the apartment now registered for several months. Has anyone gone through the steps on the TM30 website to print the form as a long stay owner for an address listed? All of the online videos and info I am finding hasn't been helpful and so wondering if I have to just duplicate the submission again to be in the 7 day window for accessing the document? Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form is necessary for expats with long-term stays in Thailand, and the ability to print it is limited to 7 days post-submission. If you missed this window, you need to submit a new TM30. Users have confirmed you can submit multiple TM30s for the same address without issues. There's also mention that obtaining a yellow house book might eliminate the need for a TM30. Additionally, scanned copies of the TM30 form are available and printable.

If you, as the owner of your condo, request a yellow house book, I assume you no longer need a TM 30. Brandon Thurkettle now this i think ..๐Ÿ˜‰

You can only search for a TM30 for 7 days after it is submitted. If you did not export and print it within those 7 days, you cannot do it.

You must submit a new TM30 and then obtain the proof from the new one.

There is no issue doing this. You can submit unlimited TM30. It's just a database of entries, and it's not uncommon for someone to have multiple for the same address.

Example is you go somewhere to stay at a hotel, and they are supposed to file a TM30 for you. Maybe they do and maybe they don't, but you should file a new one when you get back home. So you could have this happen many times and have many TM30 for your address.
