There's no such thing as a Non-Imm visa. There is a Non-Immigration B, Non-Immigration O based on being over 50, Non-Immigration OA based on being over 50... etc.

You have a multiple entry Non-B visa based on employment. On each entry you are stamped in for 90 days. You will need to get ONE one year extension of stay based on employment before you can get ONE one year extension of stay based on retirement
Doesn't matter. You need to get a one year extension of stay based on employment (or being a manager of a business) first, and then you can get a one year extension of stay based on retirement after that.
I never, ever heard of anyone going from a Non-B visa to a one year extension of stay based on retirement.
