TLDR : Answer Summary
The traveler seeks advice on managing visa requirements and stay durations in Thailand while planning to visit the Philippines and Vietnam. The response outlines that a UK passport holder can enter Thailand visa-exempt for 45 days if entering between October 1st and March 31st, with the possibility of a 30-day extension at immigration, totaling 75 days. It also notes the return to 30-day exemptions post-March 31st.

If you have a UK passport, every time you enter Thailand between October 1st and March 31st you'll be stamped in for 45 days visa exempt. You can also get a 30 day extension at immigration giving you 75 days total per entry. With the plans you've provided, you should be fine using visa exempt.

Note that after March 31st visa exempt will go back to 30 days on entry.

so there isn't a limit on how many times you can do the 45 days entry and on the last visit i can then extend on the the 45 days by another 30?

there is no official limit. If they think you are abusing it they may deny entry, but you're going to be traveling around, spending time in Philippines and Vietnam. It's not going to look like you're trying to live in Thailand on a tourist visa, so it should be fine.
