TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking recommendations for a doctor in Wales who can issue a medical certificate for leprosy as part of their retirement OA visa application. Comments suggest that any private doctor could assist, and there's a chance to get help from an NHS GP at no cost. Additionally, a recommendation is made for a British doctor in Bangkok who can provide consultations for the medical certificate via Facetime.

There's a British doctor in Bangkok that does the Fit to fly cert via Facetime consult. 400 baht and she emails you the cert.

Any private Dr would do it. If you're lucky your NHS GP will do it for free.
