Hi!

I am applying for a OA visa with multiple entre and now i only miss the medical certificate.

At the RTE in Stockholm, I can download a medical certificate that confirms I don't have Covid. But if I look in the instructions the certificate should also certifie that im free of LEPROSY, TUBERCULOSIS (T.B.), ELEPHANTIAIS, DRUG ADDICTION and THIRD STEP OF SYPHILIS.

Please is there anyone that can help me in this. What do I need on the certificate?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain an OA visa for Thailand, the medical certificate must confirm that the applicant is free of specific diseases, including leprosy, tuberculosis, elephantiasis, drug addiction, and the third stage of syphilis. The certificate must be issued by a licensed physician and include the doctor's signature, license number, and clinic stamp. Additionally, it's advisable to indicate that the applicant is in good physical and mental health and preferably includes a statement of being 'Fit to Fly.' This procedure is common and is typically required by Thai authorities.

Here is cut and paste from My Embassy:

As for the medical certificate, it must show no prohibitive diseases as indicated in the Ministerial Regulation No.14 (B.E. 2535). The following must appear on certificate/report: (Name) is free of the following diseases: 1. LEPROSY, 2. TUBERCULOSIS (T.B.), 3. ELEPHANTIASIS, 4. DRUG ADDICTION, 5. THIRD STEP OF SYPHILIS, and that (name) is in good physical and mental health. You could also ask the doctor to issue such a medical certificate together with stating “Fit to Fly” in such certificate.

This has nothing to do with covid it is the medical needed for 0-A application (same for years). I need to get same in US and it will be costly. It requires licensed physician to record her medical license number, sign it, and preferably the clinics stamp. I got one in Chiang Mai this year for a few hundred baht but the certificate is only valid 3 months.

Download the form, and get your doctor to certify it. Make sure he stamps it. The Thais love a rubber stamp!
