TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster (OP) is inquiring about the possibility of obtaining an emergency visa extension due to being too ill to travel, as their visa is set to expire soon. Commenters clarify that there is no emergency visa, but recommend visiting the immigration office to apply for an extension based on a medical certificate from a doctor. The process involves seeing a doctor, acquiring a medical certificate detailing the inability to travel, and applying for an extension which may be granted for up to 90 days. The mentioned application fee is 1,900 Thai baht.

I believe that the OP has the answers to her question. We hope she follows Up ASAP with a medical doctor and applies for a Medical Extension on Monday.

You MUST SEE a doctor who can diagnose your medical condition and prepares a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.
You or a friend of yours can take your passport and Medical Certificate to your Local Thai Immigration office on MONDAY where you have on file a TM30 address registration.
Submit application for extension of stay based on the MEDICAL CERTIFICATE prepared by the Doctor.
In that Medical Certificate, the doctor will request an extension of stay of Up to 90 days based on your MEDICAL NEED and the fact that you are NOT ๐ซ FIT to Travel.
However, you COULD go to the immigration office, apply for an extension, because you already got your one 30 day extension it will be denied and they'll sell you a 7 day "extension denied" stamp that gives you a week to get out of thailand (it cost the same as the extension 1900baht)
