I am planning on being in Chiang Mai March 18th to March 28th

Where is the best place to get an Extension on my Visa.....

I am staying in Old Town.

Two places to extend in Chiang Mai, immigration near the airport, or immigration at Central Festival Shopping Center. You don't need to change your ticket. Just after your extension expires, step out and back in at a land border
