What are the best options for extending my visa from Chiang Mai before it expires?
Hi, I'm in Chang Mai, and need to cross a border to get more time. What do you suggest? My Visa is up on the 28th. I would also want to possibly visit Pai.

, with the US passport you can go for a new 30 day Visa Exempt Entry as it is called at Mea Sai Border, but be aware you can only do this twice a calendar year.James ********

What kind of visa do you have? Not every visa can be used to apply for a 30 day Extension of Stay at Immigration?

If your visa has not yet expired you can get a 30 extension at any immigration office for 1900 baht.
