TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a Norwegian national who has entered Thailand on a 60-day visa exemption, seeks advice on extending their stay. Comments suggest obtaining a 30-day extension at immigration for 1,900 THB prior to the expiration of the initial entry, and possibly completing a visa run to re-enter on another 60-day exemption. Others recommend applying for the NON-O visa based on marriage, although this process is more complex and paperwork-intensive. It's advised to explore these options before opting for an agent.

Use your sixty days visa , get a extension at the immigration for 30 days, then do a border run , start over again

You've got a 60 day entry stamp, get the tourism extension for 30 days more then get the Extension for Visit Thai Family at the end of your tourism extension to get a further 60 days. These two extensions (1900B each) give you the extra 90 days you require. When you get your tourism extension ask your Immigration Office for their list of requirements for the Extension for Visit Thai Family.
is it the visa exempt you call tourist visa? that's not a tourist visa

If u plan to stay in Th less then 6months per year, just use tourist visa and do 1 visa run for 2+1+2+1=6months. If u plan to stay longer just do marriage/retirement visa by yourself, it will cost 2-4 days/year for preparing documents and waiting +

Do it the easy way: 1. Get your 30 day extension (Baht 1.900,-) Then with the money saved from NOT using an agent, spend them on a small holiday for the two of you, like on Penangs beaches, experiencing Angkor Wat or whatever. Go back to Thailand, 60 days visa excempt and a new 30 day extension. Alltogether well within the 25.000,- incl. a great holiday! Did this first part of this year, returned to Norway to get up-to-date papers and the ones I had been missing, back again now, first on a non-O and now on the one-year extension. Lykke til!

How long time do u like to spent in Thailand in total at this moment? You can apply for a 30 days extension at your local immigration, do a border bounce and re-enter on another 60 days visa exemption.

The going price is 25-30,000 and that’s for your non-o and a yearly extension and a re entry permit is 1000 singly 3900 multi re entry and the agent will add about 200 baht for that

If you entered Thailand on a 60 day visa exemption, go to immigration before 60 days expire and you can get 30 day extension.. no visa required.

You're not asking about an extension, as you said you are asking about the 90-day non-O visa based on being married to a Thai.
Most agents don't want anything to do with this visa because it requires a huge amount of paperwork, pictures of you and your spouse at home, and often a home visit. So if you found an agent that will do it for you, I'd probably take whatever offer you get.
