Hi, I'm renting a condo unit and trying to register an account for TM.30. May I know what are the documents needed to upload under the registration page? Can I use my personal email (condo don't have email) and use condo's telephone number? Thanks all!

TLDR : Answer Summary
To register for TM.30 when renting a condo in Thailand, you will typically need to upload the following documents: a signed power of attorney, a copy of the tabian baan (house registration), the owner's ID, and your passport. You can use your personal email as the condo does not have one, and it is acceptable to use the condo's telephone number.
