How can I verify if a school is officially registered for the soft power scheme in Thailand?

Another question asked and answered by Thai embassy in Paris. 

Asked: Can I verify if a school is officially allowed to participate in soft power scheme. 

Answer: "The school needs to be officially registered."

Follow up question: How can I verify if the school is officially registered?

Answer:  "You have to check with those schools directly. The embassy do not have the information. "

So in conclusion: There is no way to verify a school, but at the same time the embassy can turn down your application if they deem the school not officially registered?

The school has to supply their registration for you to use in your application. But what sort of school are you talking about? Language schools don't usually qualify for a DTV as that's what an ED visa is for

The school must have a DBD registration number and License number at least.

Alex Ni As Alex stated. I applied for DTV softpower course Muy Thai last month in HCMC, Vietnam and got it approved. Regarding my submission for Muy Thai, I had my cover letter and attached following documents:

• Muy Thai Gym business register

• Muy Thai Gym acceptance letter and invoice paid

• Muy Thai Gym Owner – Passport, work permit, and relative stamps as the gym owner is a foreigner
