What should I do next after my DTV visa application has been pending approval for a month?

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for some help regarding my DTV visa application. I applied online from France as a digital nomad, and since November 22, 2024, I have received weekly emails requesting additional documents. However, I haven’t received any requests in the past week. I have provided all the documents they asked for.

Last week, the status of my application changed from "processing documents" to "processing pending approval (1)." Does this mean I need to wait for it to be approved, or should I contact them to inquire about the approval process?

It's been a month already, and my ticket to Thailand is for January 2, 2025.

Consulates frequently reset the processing clock when you supply additional information and Paris has a 3-4 week processing time. Sit tight and wait

I emailed my embassy and asked to hurry since it was already approved and my flight was getting closer, got accepted next day
