Has anyone been denied entry after their initial 180 day stay with an approved DTV visa because they had to show continued soft power activity (muay thai, cooking, etc)?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation explores concerns about potential denial of entry to Thailand after the initial 180 days on a DTV visa if the individual cannot show evidence of continued soft power activities like muay thai or cooking. Commenters share anecdotal experiences and suggest that while immigration authorities have the right to inquire about compliance with visa conditions, cases of denial seem rare and typically involve specific circumstances rather than random checks.

Some russian, and some french two cases I ever saw in other groups reported in them languages. But 100% sure they had to do something wrong, not just random checking. Immigration always has rights to do so, nobody can guarantee anything.

They can ask for this if they want to as its why you got the visa.

But usually its reserved for if the officer has taken a disliking for you.

No reports of that having happened. Why?
