How can I apply for the STV visa in Thailand after returning to Germany?

Hi guys. 

I will be traveling back to my own country (Germany) for 2 weeks due to some family stuff and because my Visa is running out anyway. I wanted to apply to the STV visa (again I already had one) on the Evisa website because that’s how they do it now over most embassies but I just can’t seem to find the STV. All it shows me is the Tourist Visa for 60 days. Anybody else struggle with this or should I ask in a different group since this one is more focused on visa advice inside Thailand? Thank you for any help you guys can give me.

Be prepared to answer questions from Thai Immigration upon arrival...as they may ask you why you stay in Thailand so long ?

BTW...as you may still be working in Thailand ...

Is it possible your NGO could sponsor you for a Volunteer Visa with a Thai work permit ?

That would be best for you and the NGO...

I will report back when I know more ^^. I already have a good answers that ain’t even half untrue why I am staying so long in Thailand.

I never got around to update it but I don’t work at the NGO anymore 😅😅😅. But thank you for the advice. I really have to change that in my Facebook...

Check the Thai embassy/consulate in your country for detail to apply on evisa.

At least in some embassy shows you can apply for STV on evisa.

On the uk gov website you have to select

Stay no longer than 90 days.

Then it gives you the option to select the stv
