Hi everyone! I totally forgot to apply for my TM30 when I returned to Thailand on 3 December.

I am on a Non-O retirement visa. Should I have my landlord get it now?

What should I do?

Thank you !

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user forgot to apply for their TM30 upon returning to Thailand on a Non-O retirement visa and is seeking guidance on what to do next. Comments suggest that the landlord should submit the TM30 immediately, as any new submission will override any previous ones. It's highlighted that the landlord is legally responsible for filing the TM30 for foreign tenants.

You don’t “apply” for a TM30. The landlord is required by law to file one for each foreigner staying with them.

Just ask the landlord to submit now.

Just file now

TM30 is not your problem!

Just have them do it now. Any TM30 erases the past, as you can only have 1 valid TM30.
