I'm in the Kingdom on a Multi Entry Retirement Visa, I just returned Aug 3rd/26 from a visit States side.
My question is when do I need to do my 90 report?
90 days from Aug 3rd 2026?
Thanks

After entering Thailand on a Multi Entry Retirement Visa on August 3rd, 2026, you need to complete your 90-day report by October 31st, 2026. This is calculated as 89 days from your entry date, with the entry date counted as day one. Additionally, if you are staying in a private residence, the host must file a TM30 form. It is recommended to file your 90-day report in person for the first report after each entry.

and I can see by the clock on the wall that this topic has ran it's course
The TM30 can be done online. It takes some work though, especially if you haven't done it before. If you are close to an office it's probably easier to go there.
Do not forget to do the TM30 if you are not staying in a Hotel.
In Udon Thani I normally go to Immigration myself within 24 hours of arrival and there they will also male a 90-day report for me and give me a slip saying when it will be due next time.
I would say you're not on ANY visa :O and instead (from that stamp) it would appear you're here on a yearly extension (as you say based on retirement) and you bought a re-entry permit as well.
The Non-RE on your entry stamp means you entered on a RE-entry permit :)
Your next 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamped in last. The day you stamp in is day one.
So seeing as you stamped in Aug 3, your 90 day report is due on Oct 31st. You can file a report from 2 weeks before the due date until 1 weeks after the due date without any issue. ..
because you entered on a non-B visa. If you purchased a re-entry permit and left and returned, you too would have a non-RE entry stamp since you entered on Non-immigrant status with a RE entry permit (non-RE)
