Am I required to do a 90-day report in Thailand after entering on a visa exemption during the Amnesty period?

If i came to Thailand on a visa exemp was i supposed to do a 90 Day report after 31 july if i was on the Amnesty ?

No, it was extended again to September 26th. Now it's been extended again (as of yesterday) to October 30th.

No, 90 day reports are only for year long Non-immigrant visa holders.

No, you're covered under the amnesty. Whoever told you that is either wrong (an immigration officer) and trying to scam money from you (an agent).
