Will my friend with a non-B visa have amnesty until July 31 after a 90-day stamp?

Case 2. My friend with a 1 year multiple entry non B for business meetings. Her visa is expired in March but she left and went to Laos and returned with a 90 day stamp that expires on May 17th. She will have amnesty until July 31st?

Your friend will be on amnesty, and can stay in Thailand no later then July 31. Unlike you, your friend WILL NOT do a 90 day report.
