TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired whether their friend, who holds a one-year multiple entry non-B visa that expired in March and has returned to Thailand with a 90-day stamp, would be under amnesty until July 31. According to the comments, the friend would be granted amnesty until July 31 but would not be required to complete a 90-day report.

It's not that we have a problem answering your questions BUT it sounds more like you're asking for other people NOT yourself at all and just using the group as a data source :O

Your friend will be on amnesty, and can stay in Thailand no later then July 31. Unlike you, your friend WILL NOT do a 90 day report.
