TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about not having registered their residence with the TM30 form after arriving in Thailand on an STV visa. Comments from the community suggest that there won't be any issues during customs since immigration typically does not check for the TM30 when exiting the country.

nope, they won't care in the least that you never filed a TM30 where you were staying.

The immigration officers that will stamp you out won't even mention it

If you’ve had no need for interaction with local immigration then although you should have filed a TM30 they won’t check for it on your way out of the country.
