TLDR : Answer Summary
When traveling in Thailand and staying in different locations, you do not need to worry about filing the TM30 form yourself. Your accommodation provider (host, hotel, or condo) is responsible for filing the TM30 within 24 hours of your check-in. It is advisable to confirm that they will register you as staying there. If they do not file it, you can contact the local Immigration office for guidance.

Don't worry about a TM30 unless you plan to apply for an extension, the hotel will do the TM30 where you stay and it is their responsibility to file.

If you do need one just ask at the place you are staying to download it for you.

The TM30 is filed by your host, hotel or condo, within 24 hours of you checking in, so not needed in advance. But do check with them that they will register you as staying there. If they don't for some reason, contact the local Immigration office to explain and they'll advise you

You don't worry about TM30. The property owner where you stay files the TM30 for you as legally required.
