Regarding one-year extension based on married to Thai citizen.
I have already provided the necessary documents, next week I will go to get the extension at Chaeng watthana.
My question is:
Do I need update copy of bank book , and new bank certificate again?
I heard that, just having original bank book (updated in same day) is enough!
thx in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the requirements for obtaining a one-year extension based on marriage to a Thai citizen. Users share insights on whether an updated bank book and a bank certificate are necessary for the immigration visit at Chaeng Watthana. It is generally recommended to have the bank book updated on the day of the application, with some suggesting it's sufficient to only provide the original updated bank book while others mention that having a bank letter and a transaction report might also be necessary if applying for the extension.
If you mean you already applied for a 1-year extension and you are on the under-consideration period now, then go to the Chaengwattana office to get the stamp for the rest of the 1-year extension, you don't need anything other than your passport. But bringing the updated bank passbook is not a bad idea.
If you mean you are applying for a one-year extension, you need a bank letter and a transaction report up to 7 days old. You don't have to get new ones if it's issued within 7 days. You also need an updated bank passbook, original.
You put a small amount of money into your account and then update the bank passbook on the day you go to the CW office so that the officer can see your funds are in your Thai Bank account on that day.
if all you're doing is "closing the loop" on the under consideration stamp (getting the year extension inked in) you just need your passport, there is no requirement to update your bank book at Chaengwattana AT ALL for getting a year extension from an under consideration stamp
