I went to Vietnam for the second period process of my student visa last 26th March and came back 28th. Now i am confused if i need to report to Chaengwattana the next day after my arrival which i wasn't able to.The school says i only need to go for a 90 days report on or before 25th of June. Would appreciate if anyone can give me exact information. Thank you...

TLDR : Answer Summary
After returning from Vietnam on your student visa, you are not required to report to Chaengwattana immediately within 24 hours. The school mentioned that you need to do a 90-day report by June 25th, which aligns with the current understanding that TM30 reporting is not strictly enforced at Chaengwattana right now. You will only need to report 90 days after your return when you get your first extension.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
At this time Chaengwattana does not enforce the TM.30 form, so your school is correct.
You won't even need to do a 90 day report until AFTER you get your first extension (in about 90 days) when they will give you a paper that tells you when your first report is due.
If you leave the country and you reenter, you have to report yourself in 24 hours at immigration with the "housmaster statement". Nothing to do with the 90 days
