I am at cheangwattana and lady assigning tickets will not issue me a number to notify my address because i have a "re-entry" stamp from june. (I have Non-B Ed Visa), anyone can shed some light, is this correct? My school seem to think i need to do it now. I don't want to leave until I'm sure either way. Any advice? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual inquired about the necessity of reporting their address upon having a re-entry stamp from June while holding a Non-B Ed Visa. Responses clarified that if the person entered Thailand on June 5 and plans to stay for 90 continuous days, they do not need to report their address until the 90-day period approaches (which would be on September 3). However, it was important to notify their address upon re-entering Thailand, typically using the TM30 form within 24 hours. The discussion also emphasized that the requirement may be misinterpreted by their school, and confirmed that previous address reports are usually not requested by immigration.

They count the date from new date which you have enter to thailand.

In other word it is going to change and reset when re enter to thailand.

You can do it online. 15 days before and 7 days after.in cheang wattana you can do it 7 days before and 7 days after your deadline.

The way the 90 day reporting works is

If you're in the country 90 continuous days you need to report.

If you leave the country before the 90th day when you return the 90 day clock starts counting down again and your next 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you entered thailand.

In your case you came in on the 5th of June so IF you don't leave the country again your 90 day report is due the 3rd of Sept.

Please explain a little more. You want to report that you stay at a private address using the TM30 form, or do you want to do a 90 day inside Thailand report and what kind of Visa or Extension of Stay you have. a Non B and ED visa are two different visa's.

I’ve been asked to show before, that’s why I staple into my passport the receipt!

They do not want to see previous reports.

Robert Lagas and what about people who then later travel to another area and report in new location - and the new location (such as Chiang Mai etc) want to see your previous report?!

As I said, Bangkok Immigration do not ask for this.

Or maybe they meant you need to lodge a TM30 for notifying address...this MUST be done when you return from overseas - technically within 24 hours - have you done this?

TM47 is for report of being 90 days inside the country, and you're just 14 days here, you have to wait at least another 61 days to get into the window of reporting. You don't have to report your address in Bangkok on every return from abroad.
