Hi, I am currently on Education Visa which expires on 19th September.  My school said that I do not have to do my 90 day address notification which is due on 17th August. Is this correct? Thank you.

your school is totally WRONG :O

The amnesty for not doing 90 day reports was from March 26th until July 31st AND anyone who didn't report during that time now has from Aug 1st to Aug 31st to go file

You say your 90 day report is due on Aug 17th so you definitely need to report :)
