Hello everyone,

I'll be arrriving in Thailand on September 19 on a non-imm ed visa (first time on this visa for me). Now the question is: did i understand correctly that at the end of the initial 90 days, can i get an extension of stay based on being a student (if i fit the requirements of course) and do i have to do a 90 day report and do i have to file a tm30? Thanks y'all, have a nice day and stay safe ๐Ÿ˜Š

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of extending their NON-Immigrant visa for study and the associated requirements for 90-day reporting and TM30 filing upon arrival in Thailand. Responses confirm that documentation from the school is needed for the extension application, TM30 must be filed post-quarantine, and 90-day reporting will commence only after the first extension.

once you do your 14 day quarantine, get ahold of your school and start them getting the documentation together so you can apply for your 90 day extension when your 90 day stamp runs down. You will need to file a TM30 once out of quarantine BUT you won't do any 90 day reporting until after you get that first extension. They'll put a paper in your passport telling you when your first 90 day report is due.
