90 days report necessary?
I just extended my ED visa at Chaengwattana for the first time. They sticked this small paper inside. Does this mean, I don't have to file the TM47 for this time?
The woman at the information counter sent me to the 90 days report counter and gave me the form (TM47).
Thanks in advance for your help.
TLDR : Answer Summary
After extending your ED visa for the first time at Chaengwattana, it is necessary to file the 90-day report (TM47) as the paperwork provided indicates when your first report is due. You can file the report on the designated date and have a grace period of 15 days early or up to 7 days late. Additionally, you will not be able to obtain a residency certificate until you complete your normal reporting process. Various places in Bangkok allow for 90-day reporting in person if the online system is currently down.
