I have returned back to Bangkok from 2 months abroad yesterday. I know I need to go in and report my address but do I need the landlord to do anything and is Chaeng Wattana the only place I can go to file this in Bangkok?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After returning to Bangkok, you must report your address following the TM30 regulations. You can either visit the Chaeng Wattana Immigration Office in person to file the report or have your landlord submit it online on your behalf. It's important to confirm with your landlord regarding the submission process.
you file the TM30, then save it, then go back and search for it and click the magnifying glass and recall the data and then you EXPORT it and that gives you a PDF that you print out as your receipt
