TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting requirement in Thailand resets to the date of re-entry. Since you returned on 27th December, your new reporting date would be 90 days from that date, making it necessary to report between 15 days before and 7 days after the 89 days thereafter.

If you want to report online you need to do it between 15 days prior and 7 days prior to the 89 days you have. In person it’s 15 days prior until 7 days after. There is an option to do it by post.

You do 90 day reports when you're psychically 90 days inside Thailand. If you leave Thailand the count stops, if you arrive it wil be day nr 1 and counting.
