Planing to apply for non-o 90 day visa at Los Angeles region. I have not made my flight plans yet.
Does the application ask for flight info and anyone have experience with them asking for proof of reservations. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Non-O 90 day visa in the Los Angeles region, you'll need to provide a travel itinerary that includes your arrival flight number and hotel address in Thailand. While you don’t need to submit actual flight tickets or proof of accommodation, you do need to show a bank statement to demonstrate sufficient funds for your stay. Other required documents include a copy of your passport bio page and a digital photo. Approval times can vary, but it generally takes up to 14 working days.

I applied for DTV at RTCLA and provided estimated date of travel for about 2 months after the application and also flight numbers. There were no issues regarding this.

Yes, it asks for both arrival and departure flight info and dates, and the address or hotel in Thailand, but no proof is required. You need one bank statement showing proof of enough funds to finance the 90 day stay, and another document proving your resident/home address in the USA. Copy of your passport bio page and a digital photo. Approval time depends on how busy they are, 14 working days at most.

I applied from LA a few months ago and was not asked for proof of flight. Uploaded 3 months of bank statements in a combined PDF with the other requested docs and was approved in 2 days.

You must provide a travel itinerary, specify a flight number, and give an address/booking in Thailand, but you do not need to upload tickets or follow the stated itinerary after the visa has been issued. They will also normally not request any additional documentation regarding accommodation for a Non O visa.
