Do I need to provide flight information when applying for a Non-O visa in Los Angeles?
Planing to apply for non-o 90 day visa at Los Angeles region. I have not made my flight plans yet.

I applied for DTV at RTCLA and provided estimated date of travel for about 2 months after the application and also flight numbers. There were no issues regarding this.

Yes, it asks for both arrival and departure flight info and dates, and the address or hotel in Thailand, but no proof is required. You need one bank statement showing proof of enough funds to finance the 90 day stay, and another document proving your resident/home address in the USA. Copy of your passport bio page and a digital photo. Approval time depends on how busy they are, 14 working days at most.

I applied from LA a few months ago and was not asked for proof of flight. Uploaded 3 months of bank statements in a combined PDF with the other requested docs and was approved in 2 days.

You must provide a travel itinerary, specify a flight number, and give an address/booking in Thailand, but you do not need to upload tickets or follow the stated itinerary after the visa has been issued.
