TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Non-O visa from the UK, you do not need to provide an exact departure date from Thailand. Instead, you only need to present a travel itinerary that includes potential flight numbers. You can submit a rough date within 90 days of entry, as the visa starts on the day you enter Thailand.

A rough date will do, they dont hold you to it. The visa activates when you enter Thailand and your 90 days starts then.

You only need to present a travel itinerary with potential flight numbers for the application; no documentation is required or needs to be uploaded.
