Hello, when filling out non O application retirement,in Australia and they ask for yearly income above and below certain US dollars, Aus pensions are well below 1st amount of us$25000 does it later ask for a bank statement of fund's? Of which I've no problems

Also as they ask for flight details of which I'm not sure, I am making sure I can get the visa, first beforehand ,

as from what I've been reading you have a 3 month window to engage,Kapuncap and regards to all Col 🙏🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Non-O retirement visa from Australia, you need to provide documentary evidence of your income, which should meet the required minimum amount. You can submit a flight itinerary rather than a purchased ticket. After the visa issuance, you have a 3-month window to enter Thailand and stay for 90 days.

I am heading to Thailand next month, and based on feedback, I am going to apply for the 90 day non immigrant and apply for the O retirement Visa when in Thailand. Would be interested in knowing how you go. Good luck.

You’ll need to provide (upload) documentation for your income, but you can just give a flight itinerary. (With a potential actual flight number). No tickets is required for a Non O application. And yes you’ll have 3 months after the visa is issued to get a 90 days stay upon arrival.

hi Jan uploading pension documentation+ financial statement, I'm not that computer savvy that's why I wondered if there's a section later on as it won't let me move to the Next section without flight details etc, and thanks for your feedback , regards Col

As I remember I uploaded a bank statement showing my monthly income under this section before I continued. I created a PDF-file first, then uploaded. Regarding flight number you can just do a search in Flyscanner as an example fill in the details of a potential flight you might use later on. Not that important, when the visa is issued you’ll still have 3 months from this date anyway.
