TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirement for showing ฿500K in your bank account varies by embassy. Most responses suggest that it's not necessary to maintain a continuous balance of ฿500K for six months. Instead, applicants typically need to demonstrate that the account has over ฿500K in the most recent month, while providing bank statements for the past three to six months. Checking specific embassy requirements is recommended.

I don’t think they require you to have the ฿500K in your bank for six months straight. Almost no one does that as the money would just be eroding away due to inflation. Just show 3 or 6 months, with the last month containing over 500K and it should be fine.

Please make your statement has movement for at least one month before apply but the balance showing need to be minimum 500k . A friend of mine has got approved in Jakarta with a month of bank statement account .

I think it depends on the embassy. Some embassies want the most recent, and some want a few months starting from the most recent. You have to post a specific embassy you want to apply to, and then only people can give what their requirements are for that embassy. Asking questions is an art that can lead to good answers. It's all common sense.
