TLDR : Answer Summary
A holder of a Non Immigrant O (retirement) multi-entry visa does not need to present their passport for a new re-entry date to the Local Chiang Rai Immigration, as they can travel in and out until the visa expiration in November. However, it's important to comply with 90-day reporting and check with immigration regarding any TM30 policy requirements to avoid potential fines.

It all depends if Chiang Rai immigration want you to report back to them regarding there TM30 policy requirements.

I would ask them directly as it may save having to pay a fine.

No , You have a multi , you can come and go as many times as you want ,up til Nov , when you will need an extension .. ( still have to do your 90 day reporting , though that starts again on your return each time )
