If you have an O Retirement VISA and you purchase Multi entry, does that mean you have to LEAVE the country every 90 days when extending or do you just do the usual at local immigration every 90 days please?

TLDR : Answer Summary
With an O Retirement Visa and a Multi Entry permit, you do not have to leave Thailand every 90 days. Instead, you can extend your stay at local immigration every 90 days, fulfilling the reporting requirements without having to exit the country.

Another mix of three total different things. You got an Extension of Stay based on being over 50 years of age (you call it a O Retirement Visa) and with this stamp you are allowed to stay 1 year inside Thailand. To travel you bought another stamp called the Re-Entry Permit, (you call it Multi Entry), with this stamp you get every time you come back into the county the same date as mentioned in the big stamp with the text Extension of Stay permitted up to ../../.. Now because you are allowed to be for 1 year inside Thailand, you must report than you are physically 90 days inside the country. You do not have to leave, but you have make these reports.

, how about you state WHERE you got the Non-O "retirment visa" and whether it is a 90 day single entry or a year long multiple entry.
